Your two bedroomed, well appointed self-catering apartment is situated upstairs in our 17th century farmhouse. With it's own private entrance via the covered loggia & an area for al fresco dining (perfect for dining out or relaxing with a glass of wine in the cool of the evening), you enter the cosy living room with comfy armchair & double sofa bed, satellite TV, DVD, CD player, games cabinet & books for your entertainment.

The separate fully-equipped kitchen has oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave & dining area. Your romantic master bedroom with comfortable double bed has dual aspect views over Montefalcone & the surrounding hills & the second bedroom has a single bed with a sofa bed for a sixth guest.

The Fully-Fitted Kitchen

The bathroom has a shower, wc, wash basin & complimentary toiletries & bath robes. Central heating & double glazing provide modern comforts throughout. Outside there is a terrace for sitting in the sunshine & our large garden provides areas for relaxing & BBQing or swimming in the pool. We live in the house next door & can be reached easily.
