From treasure trails to find all the homes of our woodland creatures hidden in the garden, to collecting fruit & vegetables or meeting our two hens & finding their eggs.
We can point point out the golen eagles circling overhead
or you can watch our blue tits
in the spring.
There are lizzards, praying mantis, giant snails & frogs, not forgetting the fire flies which light up the woodland on a warm summers night.
On our quiet country lanes, if your lucky, you might even spot our porcupines, black sqirrels, wild boar, deer, pine martins, foxes or even a hoopee, jay or green woodpecker - keep you eyes peeled!!!

"This a a great holiday home in a stunning, unspoilt spot. The Hideaway catered very well for our young family, with plenty to do just at the holiday house, from swimming, picking tomatoes, walnuts, courgettes & eggs to playing boules & looking for squirrels & toads in the fantastic little doorways Mark has hidden around the garden - our four year old daughter was enchanted. Sarah and Mark really pulled out the stops for the kids with a lovely cot (not a travel one!) for the baby & a teddy on the bed for our four year old & her own shower gel in the bathroom!
