Your well appointed rooms have been restored in the tradtional Italian farmhouse style to ensure your experience with us is a memorable one.
We want you feel that you really have had the relaxing holiday or short break that you deserve. If you have any special requests or celebrations, such as a wedding aniversary or birthday, please let us know and we will do our very best to meet your requirements.
All Bed and Breakfast rooms are serviced daily and the room rate includes your choice from our delicious Italian buffet breakfast including fresh fruits, yoghurt, cereal, home-made bread, fruit juice, coffee, tea, pastries, local cheeses, local salami, jams and honey.
All your rooms have their own tea and coffee making facilities, luxury bedding, complimentary toiletries, soft bath robes, cd player & coded safe, hair dryer, fluffy towels, outside seating area with a parasol, chairs and table, information pack and a selection of relaxing music.
We also provide (subject to availability) two mountain bikes, indoor and outdoor games, local information books, rugs, umbrellas - infact everything we can to make your stay with us as pleasant as possible

A double ensuite room, with direct access to the patio & garden & your own space to relax outside. The large bathroom, with bath & shower, has a window with views over the valley, to the cliffs of Montefalcone. (Watch out for the woodpecker in the walnut tree!)
